The
path through the El Yunque rainforest before it was sprayed
by defoliants. Lovely to walk on. This path runs through both
private and Federal land. The Electrical Authority only has
only the 'rights of usage' of the path, to tend to their water
system and pipelines.
They
make hydroelectric electricity from the water rushing down
the pipeline, down to the tiny town of Florida. A nice way
to make electricity so why ruin it with the destruction of
the clean waters and vegetation of the forest?
