'Lunch with Elena' Meet Elena and walk through the Santurce market. Learn about the different fruits and vegetables that are unique to Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.

We learn how to use local herbs and where they came from. We eat in a local restaurant and sample some of the unique yams and other root vegetables and get a taste of the 'other Puerto Rico'.
